The Plan Administrator is responsible for overseeing a caseload of clients, primarily 410(k)/Cash Balance Combo plans. Day to day responsibilities include managing annual workflow/administrative deadlines, compliance testing, contribution calculations, preparing actuarial valuations for review, 401(k) plan reconciliation, government reporting, and responding to day-to-day client inquiries. This position will perform all levels of compliance testing and government reporting, and provide guidance to clients on plan design, contribution structure, and evolving legislative requirements.
