Responsible for business support activities across Ariba Sourcing, Contracting, and Buying and Invoicing Modules. This includes comprehensive understanding of the interdependencies across all of the Ariba modules to identify change and impact to the business.
Key Responsibilities:Support End User Fieldglass and Ariba Reporting needs. Responsible for P2P Dashboard contents and provide support for business requests of Ariba data across the various modules.Responsible as backup for the Commodity Code/Material Code change management process and governance. Coordinate requests for new material codes / changes to existing codes with the various functions – Finance, Tax, Information Technology, and Business stakeholders. Maintain master files that are used in the configuration of the Ariba application.Team member on the Fieldglass Contingent Worker project, duties include testing system, managing cutover planning and plan execution, assisting with the development of the Global Playbook for Contingent worker deployments, participating in the Hypercare Period documenting issues and ensuring the correct priority level is given.Align with other members of the production support team to understand downstream and upstream impacts or changes to ensure continuity of the end-to-end process.Responsible for Ariba Guided Buying administration as backup to the primary owner.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following preferred fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance and Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field demonstrating technical competencies.An analytical problem solver with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with incomplete or imperfect information.Persistent and driven; demonstrated characteristics of a forward thinker and self-motivator who thrives on new challenges and adapts to learning new knowledge.Collaborative; demonstrated experience applying excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills working with global and cross-functional teams towards common goals.

Preferred Experience and Skills:Knowledge of procurement and process of managing Contingent Labor and SOW Services using a Vendor Management System, preferably Fieldglass.Understanding of Fieldglass and Ariba Master Data and impacts on end-to-end process.Ability to both think critically as well as communicate effectively with leadership across a global audience.Knowledge of Reporting tools.Understanding of financial modules within ERP platforms e.g., SAP ECC.Working knowledge of SAP Ariba system.Working knowledge of SAP Fieldglass system.Strong Microsoft application skills.Effective in report writing and presenting of findings.
