The Director, Surgical Services (RN) will manage the strategic direction of the department and be well supported with a team of Nurse Managers, Clinical Coordinators and Charge Nurses
The Department performs a variety of surgical procedures including general, CV, orthopedic, urology, ENT, bariatrics, endoscopy, and robotics
Position reports directly to a dynamic and collaborative Chief Operating Officer

Qualifications & Requirements for Surgical Services Director (RN)
Master's degree required (MBA, MSN, MHA) / BSN required if Master's not in Nursing
RN Active License
Minimum five (5) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required
Minimum (2) years Director level experience leading an acute care hospital based Surgical Services Department
