The Director, Surgical Services (RN) will manage the strategic direction of the department and be well supported by a Nurse Manager
The Department performs a variety of surgical procedures including general, orthopedic, urology, ENT, bariatrics, endoscopy, and robotics
Position reports directly to a dynamic and collaborative Chief Nursing Officer

Annual Director level bonus incentive up to 10%

Qualifications & Requirements for Surgical Services Director (RN)
BSN required / Master's preferred
RN Active License
Minimum five (5) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required
Minimum (2) have been in surgical services/operating room leadership experience at Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services/operating room setting
Inspirational and results oriented leader
Should have a passion for rural healthcare
