The Surgical Services Director (RN) will manage the strategic direction of the department and be well supported by a Nurse Manager
The Department performs over 4,000 annual procedures across general, orthopedic, urology, ENT, bariatrics, endoscopy, and robotics
Position reports directly to a dynamic and collaborative Chief Nursing Officer
COMPENSATION: Up to $130k base salary (dependent on experience), annual Director level bonus incentive up to 10%, and relocation assistance / sign on bonus are available to the successful candidate

Qualifications & Requirements for Surgical Services Director (RN)
BSN required / Master's preferred
RN Active License
Minimum five (5) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required
Minimum (2) have been in surgical services/operating room leadership experience at Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services/operating room setting
Inspirational and results oriented leader
Should have a passion for rural healthcare
