Factors that may be used to determine rate of pay include specific skills, work location, work experience and other individualized factors.JOB SUMMARY:Collaborates with Product/Platform Owner, Business Partners and Product Team and Cross Functional Teams to deliver timely and quality solutions as per the specific needs of stories. Supports user stories focused on configuring package software or performing other highly technical tasks for the agile team.RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for collaborating with the team to understand and propose solutions to configure package software or custom software development.Provides highly specialized technical skills according to the specific needs of stories during each iteration.Ensures design and development standards are being followed to minimize rework; promotes only quality-tested code on a frequent basis.Acts as a key stakeholder or backup for Product Owner in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to update progress, highlight and resolve impediments.Reviews required documentation to communicate information to deployment, maintenance, service, and business teams.Actively suggests solutions to drive down technical debt.Provides mentorship to junior FAs and BAs through Community of Practice and other informal forums and may supervise FAs in a team that does not have senior developers or a tech lead.Lead functional analysis for the domain/software related to Mergers & Acquisitions & Foldouts.Lead functional analysis for domain/software RFP process.Lead SME around product(s) function and works with Product Owner and Business Partners to refine requirements/functionality.Lead training of software package to key stakeholders as required.Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent for the specific roles responsibilities.Mandatory Experience:5-8 years of experience in configuration of software packages or application development.Strong understanding of Scrum, Lean, XP, Kanban & other agile frameworks.Strong knowledge of continuous integration / continuous delivery practices.Demonstrated “agile-development” mindset with strong customer-focus & results-orientation.Ability to excel in a fast-paced agile environment, adapt to shifting urgencies, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills to effectively manage key business stakeholder relationships, and where required – customer and supplier partnerships/relationships.Highly proficient in teamwork and collaboration skills.BENEFITS INFORMATION:
