of relevant transactional real estate experience.Superior legal writing and drafting skills.Enthusiasm
for the practice of
real estate law .Attention to detail,
strong work ethic, and a commitment to client service.Ability to work effectively in a
team environment .Key Responsibilities:Engage in a wide range of real estate transactions, including
acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction and development, financing, and real estate investment .Work with clients across various property types and industry sectors, handling sophisticated matters on both local and national levels.Collaborate with a supportive team of experienced attorneys in a dynamic practice group.Why Join?This role offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary ranging from
$260,000 to $390,000
annually, depending on experience. A
discretionary bonus
may also be available based on performance.
