Acquire skills to provide quality service. Develop insights to accounting & finance areas including cost accounting, lean accounting, financial analytics, audit and compliance, etc. while learning Parker's systems and using active problem solving.Participate in the Accounting Leadership Development Program for two (2) years to develop for future Finance/Accounting positions within ParkerIf at a Division, assist the Accounting Manager/Division Controller with monthly closings and ad-hoc projectsAssist on projects relating to those of a Cost Accountant, Financial Analyst, Internal Auditor, etc.Learn proper efficiencies relating to analytical and presentation skills ('how to say more with less')Network with others at your location, including those outside of the accounting fieldComplete various training programsMinimum Requirements:Undergraduate Degree in Accounting or FinanceStrong analytical and quantitative skillsMust be willing and able to relocate every six (6) monthsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of accounting principles, i.e., GAAPProficiency with Microsoft Office applications requiredProficiency in other software, i.e., SQL, Python, R, is a plusThis role is subject to compliance with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), which requires the incumbent to be either a:US citizen, lawful permanent resident ['green card' holders], or have refugee or asylee statusAdditional Comments:
