Eligible for $7,500 sign-on bonus!Job Responsibilities:Responsible for a variety of radiologic services to ensure proper patient care in accordance with organizational and departmental policy and practice guidelines.Demonstrates knowledge of direct patient care and performs routine diagnostic radiographs and assessments in accordance with organizational policies, radiation performance standards, and standards of practice.Accurately performs data collection such as standard vital signs in a timely manner for all patients requiring care, keeping in mind the growth and developmental needs of the patient.Assists the physician with exams as required and performs radiographic procedures under the supervision of the provider.Demonstrates knowledge of departmental policies regarding radiation safety while using x-ray equipment.Maintains quality standards of equipment, shielding, and surroundings, as well as supplies per the existing service agreements and the state Department of Health.Performs clerical duties as necessary including, but not limited to, filing, computer data entry, registration, and documentation of charges.This position works at the West and Fairfield office locations and will schedule surgeries for this orthopedic surgeon.This position works with one physician but travels to the West, Fairfield, and Eastgate offices to work with the doctor.Minimum Requirements:Required minimum education: vocational/technical degree in radiologic technology.Licensure: Current licensure as radiologic technologist, ARRT.Benefits:Comprehensive, affordable medical, dental, and vision plansPrescription drug coverageFlexible spending accountsLife insurance w/AD&DEmployer contributions to retirement savings plan when eligiblePaid time offEducational AssistanceAnd much more*Benefits offerings vary according to employment status.Department:
