We’re searching for an experienced accountant bookkeeper to oversee all financial aspects of our busy automotive repair facility. We’re looking for someone who is very organized, has great time management skills, and is an accounting software wizard. The successful applicant will have 5 years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper, a problem-solving attitude, and great communication skills. Direct all financial transactions, such as credit card and bank reconciliations, and oversee the accounts payables and receivables processResolve any invoice issues, and process invoices, checks, and payroll accurately and on-timeSafeguard the accuracy of the general ledger and journal entries, prepare balance sheets, and financial reportsMaintain and update accurate financial records, tax reports, contracts, annual budgets, and financial statementsPerform extensive data entry to ensure all financial data is input into accounting softwareQualifications:
Associate’s degree in accounting, or business, or related field is preferred - high school diploma is requiredWell-versed with Microsoft Office, Excel, and accounting software, such as QuickBooksExceptional organization, analytical, problem solving, and communications skills are important5 years or more of experience in accounting or bookkeeping experienceCompensation:
