You will receive the support of our office and team of assistants. We also have one of the most robust CRM and outbound prospecting systems in the industry. Unlike most real estate agents, who work all by themselves, we believe in a true team model with specialists who each have a specific role to play in the process of selling a home. Our Administrative staff handles the details, which will free you to focus on the leads that we will supply as well as the appointments we will help set. An active State Real Estate License. Completed DISC assessment. Professional References.Responsibilities

Support customers by attending closing processes when necessaryAcquire new leads from sales agents and reach out to them to set up listing appointmentsContact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer baseCall clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratingsWork closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closingQualifications

Completes tasks quickly and efficientlyAt least one year of work experience in real estate salesAbility to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologiesExcellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysisFamiliar with customer databases used to store private client informationCompensation
