Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Lead follow up • Database campaigns • Set listing appointments • Execute appointments • Close listings • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Real estate license required • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $175,000 yearly
