Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new businessCall clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratingsProvide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking priceHold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showingsSchedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer serviceQualifications:

Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industryCompletes tasks quickly and efficientlyAt least one year of work experience in real estate salesAbility to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologiesStrong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skillsCompensation:
