on the Perkins&Will Denver team, your skills and passion will come to life through the following responsibilities:Planning, developing, and executing technical documentation which may include interpreting, organizing, and coordinating project team assignmentsDirect and coordinate production of schematic, design development, and construction documents in collaboration with the Project ManagerEstablish budget, task schedule, and other components of the work plan with the Project ManagerParticipate in marketing efforts and may lead presentations to prospective clientsWork with engineering consultants through schematic and design development phasesDirect, organize, and mentor junior staff with responsibility for oversightUtilize your rock star technical skills in Revit and other design application softwareWork hard, play hard, and learn a lot along the way!What you've accomplished:

A professional degree in Architecture, Design, or related discipline10+ years of related experience, with 6+ years of Sports and Recreation experience requiredProficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit requiredAbility to direct and coordinate work efforts of emerging professionalsExperience in all phases and aspects of a projectFamiliarity with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systemsUnderstanding of project management processesEffective verbal and written communication skillsCollaborative and professional work ethicLEED AP or within 6 months of hireLicensure requiredThis Job posting will expire on Friday, September 27, 2024.We foster a culture that is diverse and inclusive and strive for pay practices that are fair, competitive, and reflect our commitment to pay equity.
