As a

Senior Project Architect , you will:Provide technical leadership and documentation coordination including development of design drawings, technical documentation, and leading project team assignmentsDirect production of schematic, design development and construction documents; make decisions and negotiate critical issues in collaboration with Project ManagerEstablish budget, task schedule, and other components of the work plan with Project ManagerMaintain contact with clients, consultants, and contractorsParticipate in marketing efforts and may lead presentations to prospective clientsDirect, organize, and mentor junior staff with responsibility for oversightRequirements:

To join us, you should have:A professional degree in Architecture, Design, or related discipline10+ years of experience including significant healthcare experienceProficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software; Revit strongly preferredExperience directing and coordinating work efforts of junior staffAdvanced experience in all phases and aspects of a project including reviewing construction documentationExperience with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systemsUnderstanding of project management processEffective verbal and written communication skillsCollaborative and professional work ethicLEED AP or within 6 months of hireQualified and interested candidates should submit a resume and work samples.
