of professional experience in a technology related fieldResponsibilities Include:

Providing Systems Engineering project leadership in support of a large, leading edge cybersecurity systemLeading and facilitating program & team-related Agile events (PI Planning, Release Governance, Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, etc.) while maintaining all artifacts (Backlogs, Decisions, Blockers, etc.)Eliminating impediments and actively addressing issues so that the team can remain focused on achieving the objectives of the Program Increment (PI)Escalating as needed when blocking issues are beyond a team’s authority or require support from other teamsFostering a collaborative team environment through coaching & leading appropriatelyLeading and facilitating preparation & readiness for ART events & assisting teams in preparation for ART activities (e.g., PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt, etc.)Collaborating within Agile Scrum teams as a key contributor responsible for the design, test and implementation of advanced cybersecurity infrastructure capabilitiesReview high quality technical documentation, including user guides, test plans, and contract deliverable items and supporting product trainingDevelopment of risk assessments and risk mitigation countermeasuresDefining and communicating a shared technical and architectural visionLeading Agile Scrum teams in the system design and implementation of advanced, cloud-oriented autonomous cybersecurity capabilitiesInterfacing directly with customers, stakeholders, and end-users regarding capability architectures, requirements, use cases, and stories to derive, develop and decompose next-cycle updates and specificationsFull lifecycle oversight of requirements driven automation architectureRequired Skills:

6+ years

direct experience with AWS cloud deployment and management tools5+ years

direct experience in either complex autonomous package builds, autonomous API driven backends, infrastructure automation and orchestration, event driven micro-service architectures, orchestrated infrastructure automation, or configuration driven deployments2+ years

of experience in either AWS, MS Azure or GCPProven leadership skills and meaningful experience successfully leading projectsDemonstrated experience with Lean-Agile principles, metrics, and technology and/or experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean Thinking, Lean Six SigmaExperience communicating with senior leadership, either at Customer, VP, or Director levelsAbility to shape key stakeholder direction and influence outcomes through the analysis of information and identification of relevant factsIndependently driven, with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsExperience working in an Agile development environment in a leadership rolePossesses or quickly develops a comprehensive understanding of Government Information Security policies, regulations, and guidelinesStrong working knowledge in automating the deployment of infrastructureDesired Skills:

Experience leading teams and projects at either the tech lead or product owner levelFamiliarity with Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, Git, Ansible, Chef, AWS lambda, terraform or cloud native tools like CloudFormationProgramming/Scripting experience (Java, Javascript, .Net, Python, Ruby, Bash)Familiarity with using, updating, and programmatically manipulating Linux and WindowsExperience with NTP, DNS, Networking, LDAP, or Software repositoriesExperience with branching and release strategies, CI/CD PipelinesAWS cloud technology knowledge and implementation experienceExperience designing and implementing event driven microservice architecturesExperience in technical oversight of individuals and projectsExperience working in DevOps and/or DevSecOps environmentsScaled Agile Framework (SAFe) knowledge and experienceExperience with agile tools, including Jira and Jira AlignDesired Certifications:

AWS Certified Cloud PractitionerExperience with Google CloudExperience with Azure Services Certifications related to Agile development and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Practitioner (SP) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field.2 years of related work experience may be substituted for each year of degree level education.
