Opportunities to develop your skills and advance your career.What You’ll Do:Lead and train our sanitation team to ensure top-notch cleanliness and safety.Maintain compliance with all quality, safety, and sanitation standards.Support plant KPIs and communicate effectively with management.Protect our products from contamination and support audits.Monitor and optimize sanitation programs for peak performance.Conduct team meetings and provide fair evaluations.What We’re Looking For:3 years of managerial experience in sanitation.High School Diploma or related field (e.g., Food Technology, Manufacturing).Bilingual in Spanish and English.Proficient in Excel and strong communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.Physical Demands:Occasionally lift up to 45 pounds.Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus.Professional office setting with some exposure to warehouse and production areas.Ready to Make an Impact?If you’re ready to take your career to the next level and be part of a team that values your contributions, apply today!
