NextGen ERP Intercompany Data (Procurement / Finance)

If interested, please apply directly to the posting.*Role DescriptionThe Global Data Steward for Finance and Procurement, reporting to the Enterprise Data Lead, is a critical role within Zoetis' data governance framework. This role holds comprehensive responsibility for all aspects of the Finance master data objects of Account, Cost Center, and Profit Center, including ownership of the Master Data Governance (MDG) process within S/4 HANA. The Global Data Steward will also play a critical role during the initial migration process from ECC to S/4, ensuring a seamless business transition and eventual governance of data maintenance. Post-migration, this role will continue to sustain and enhance the governance practices, ensuring adherence to the established enterprise-wide governance and standards.ResponsibilitiesIntercompany Data Ownership:

Assume ownership of the Intercompany data object, including its various views and cross-functional aspects.SAP MDG Implementation:

Lead and manage the SAP MDG implementation for Intercompany data, ensuring its effectiveness, alignment, and compliance with data governance standards.Data Entry Standards:

Define and enforce data entry standards, ensuring data accuracy and completeness during creation and maintenance.Data Monitoring & Reporting:

Establish data monitoring processes and generate regular reports on Intercompany data quality, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.Sustaining Governance Practices:

Ensure the continuation and enhancement of governance practices following the migration to S/4 HANA, in line with enterprise-wide governance and standards.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field8+ years of experience in data management, master data governance, or data quality managementProficiency in SAP MDG, SAP S/4 HANA, and Intercompany dataTechnical Skills RequirementsStrong knowledge of data governance best practices and data management toolsIn-depth understanding of Intercompany data, including its various views and cross-functional aspectsExperience with SAP MDG implementation and ongoing governanceProficiency in data monitoring and reporting toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy and qualityAbility to travel on occasion
