Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transactionArrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyersReach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a homeCreate documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the saleGive potential home buyers the necessary information about their local housing marketFollow the team planSet buyer appointmentsLead follow upExecute consultationsClose salesCRM and database masteryQualifications:
Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by carHas superb interpersonal and communication skillsFamiliarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trendsA real estate license is required or in the process of getting oneSuperb communicationCompensation:
