Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Platform Engineer to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in designing, building, and maintaining innovative technology solutions, crucial for supporting the Data Platform leveraging Kafka. The role involves collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure seamless technology operations and mitigate risks.Job Responsibilities:Perform design tasks and develop components of application and technical architecture.Develop test cases and data; execute tests, participate in code reviews, and inform the technical architect and project manager of any issues.Assist with selecting appropriate platforms, integrate and configure solutions.Develop software components and hardware for new technology projects, aligning them with business strategies and objectives.Benefits and Perks

Qualifications:Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, from analysis through delivery.Ability to troubleshoot issues and make necessary system changes.Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment, and computer hardware/software.Knowledge of computer development software across multiple platforms.High School Degree and Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or relevant field, or equivalent work experience required.4-5 years of relevant experience.
