Monday and Thursday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Friday and Saturday 7:30 AM to 2:00 PMCommunity Health Center - Retail Pharmacy ManagerCardinal Health is looking for a highly motivated pharmacist interested in managing a company-owned 340B Contract Retail Pharmacy located within a partner health center. Our pharmacists play an important role in delivering medication and pharmaceutical care in communities that are most in need. This includes immunizations, patient consultation, medication therapy management, and management of high-risk patients.Responsibilities:Collaboration with administrative and physician leadership within partner Community Health Centers to implement pharmacist-driven clinical and dispensing services.Develop and implement collaborative practice agreements to help drive patient medication compliance for high-risk patients.Implement best practices and ensure department compliance with 340B rules and regulations.Ensure adequate staffing is present to fulfill the needs of the pharmacy.Maintain accurate records of all prescription medication received and dispensed.Ensure policies are in place regarding accurate dispensing and labeling of prescriptions.Maintain security of the prescription area and its contents.Ensure that only pharmacists and interns or externs under immediate personal supervision provide professional consultation.Prevent dispensing of misbranded, deteriorated, adulterated, improperly stored, or outdated drugs.Maintain the prescription area in an orderly and sanitary manner.Ensure compliance with all Federal and State statutes, rules, and regulations governing the practice of pharmacy.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy required, PharmD preferred.1 year pharmacy management experience, 2-5 years related pharmacy experience.Pharmacist registration in the state where the position is located.Ability to work a flexible schedule.Interpersonal relations and customer service skills.Multitasking and time management skills.340B Experience preferred, not required.Anticipated salary range:

$134,200 - $201,800Benefits:
