OverviewThe

Sr. Core HR Architect - SuccessFactors

is a critical technical lead role that requires extensive subject matter expertise in discipline and knowledge of SuccessFactors Core HR architecture. This role is the internal go-to person and applies their expertise to innovate and develop offerings/solutions for unique and complex issues. They lead large initiatives with substantial risk, visibility, and complexity, developing the strategy and execution of the product roadmap with minimal guidance, while influencing key decision-makers. They will be responsible for key SuccessFactors modules like Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing, Onboarding and Employee Central.

What You'll DoProduct Strategy and Roadmap:

Expert in SuccessFactors modules.

Partners with leadership on strategy to ensure successful product delivery.

Partners with Sr Director to define roadmap with features focused on value and break fixes specific to features/epics and user stories, that articulate how we drive incremental value over time.

Be part of global IT business technology team and work on large complex activities, using demonstrated creativity and expertise and applying specialist professional knowledge to deliver high quality results / technical solutions.

Consult team members on SuccessFactors processes, data structure, standard capabilities, APIs and integrations.

Knowledgeable in current HR policies, practices and ability to anticipate future trends affecting the business from a system and process perspective.

Cross-Functional Team Leadership:

Collaborates with team to create roadmaps and develop creative solutions, thinking beyond designated module expertise with ability to make joint commitments on deliverables.

Continuously partner with vendor(s) to successfully delivery Crocs core HR suite roadmap.

Proactively update leadership on progress toward commitments and escalate risks to the roadmap.

Adaptability and Management:

Comfortable with the unknown, with strong ability to pivot and shift as demands of the business and/or market change and require changes to the roadmap.

Proactively manages shifts and changes necessary to meet commitments, make recommendations to leadership, advise others, and partner when additional guidance is needed.

This role will support global teams with various operational requests.

Through direct interaction with stakeholders and internal business partners, this role will help drive IT alignment with the goals and business needs of HRIS.

Provide guidance on HR business processes, from process design to execution.

Responsible for regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of SuccessFactors platform.

Accountable for data integrity and accuracy in talent suite modules, including monitoring and resolving sync rule issues and data load requests.

Responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant HR and data protection regulations, implementing, and maintaining access controls and security protocols.

Complex Issue Resolution and Process Improvement:

Anticipate potential issues or problems within SuccessFactors modules to influence effective outcomes.

Solve complex issues by identifying or developing innovative solutions.

Partner in the evolution of processes and procedures to continuously improve organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Bring to the Table

BS or BA in technology or relevant work experience and expertise.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and executive presence.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management and Recruiting Marketing modules.

Subject matter expert, with hands on depth of understanding and ability to maintain, enhance and roadmap SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding processes.

Collaborating with HRIS project manager, SuccessFactors module leads, configuration and development teams to design the best solution.

Must be certified in Intro to Mastery/SF HCM Academy, and possess SAP SF Certificate.

Qualification and experience, or a subject matter expert specializing in Configuration of Roles Based Permissions and Platform and Reporting (Ad Hoc, Canvas & Story reports).

Strong experience in troubleshooting of process problems and technical developments, as well as implementation of new functionality.

High quality documentation delivery, with demonstrated experience preparing reports and dashboards.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Excellent proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge in MS Project and Visio a plus.

Agile experience preferred.

Title: Sr. Core HR Architect - SuccessFactors

Salary or Pay Range: $108,000.00 - $140,000.00

Pay is dependent on experience and geographic area.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
