The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented and experienced Custom Broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customs regulations and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing customs processes.
Responsibilities
Manage import and export customs clearance processesEnsure compliance with all relevant customs laws and regulationsProviding import and export adviceManaging import job status;Processing, refunds, drawbacks, tariff advice and tariff concession order applicationsCommunicate effectively with clients and government authoritiesProcess refunds and drawbacksProvide tariff advice and tariff concession order applications.Handle documentation and paperwork related to customs clearanceStay updated on changes in customs laws and regulations
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a custom brokerLicenced Broker, CPD compliant, DAFF AccreditedStrong knowledge of customs regulations and proceduresExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and skilled in managing paperwork and documentation
