Position: Sr. Estimator -Residential/Commercial Construction
Location: Columbus, OH
We are looking for a Senior Estimator in the Columbus, OH area with Residential, HUD, Affordable Housing/ Multifamily / Commercial experience. Someone that can complete On-Screen Take Off, set up list and contact subs to bid on jobs. We are in need of a professional with a strong follow up & follow through skill-set that will represent company in presentations involving cost.

Requirements:
· Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, Business or related field is preferred
· 5+ years of experience estimating in residential/multifamily & commercial construction
· Experience with projects that includes Senior/Assisted Living, HUD & Affordable Housing is preferred
· Knowledge of current market/ unit pricing
· Ability to form strong relationships with estimating team, subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
· Ability to research, review & analyze (materials & alternate options) , develop, create estimate & lead estimators on projects
· Ability to develop & correct estimates & schedules in preconstruction phases, add value engineering suggestions & cost related to these suggestions
· Excellent understanding of project staffing and general condition requirements
· Excellent written & verbal communication & relationship skills
