Performance Trust Capital Partners is seeking an Analyst for our Investment Banking team. We are pursuing candidates with strong quantitative and analytical skills to be an integral member of deal teams. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior bankers, executing transactions and advisory assignments on behalf of the firm’s clients. Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic performance that demonstrates strong analytical background and quantitative skillsOne to three years of experience in a professional services/client-facing environment, preferably in the financial services sectorA quick learner who has a keen interest in the investment banking businessStrong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and conciselyPossess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of clients and colleaguesEnthusiastic team playerEntrepreneurial self-starter who takes the initiative to develop his or her own skill set and generate ideas to continuously improve the firm’s work productsThe Firm
