Position DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

Lead the migration and adoption of Microsoft Teams as our primary unified communications platform.Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Teams environments, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.Provide technical expertise and support for Skype for Business, Jabber, Cisco CMS, VTC (Video Teleconferencing), Oracle SBCs (Session Border Controllers), and other communication services.Ensure seamless intercommunication between various communication platforms and services.Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver solutions aligned with business needs.Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of unified communications systems.Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.Train end-users on the effective use of unified communications tools and platforms.Monitor system performance, analyze trends, and implement optimizations and upgrades as needed.Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to unified communications and recommend improvements or enhancements.Requirements

Mandatory Skills:

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years direct experience in the implementation, administration, and configuration of SCCM in a global enterprise environment (for hundreds to thousands of endpoints) across multiple air-gap networks.5-10 years computer/IT professional experience with Windows Server Administrator; Win Server 2016, 2019 or 2022 OR Windows SQL Server.Extensive working knowledge of and troubleshooting experience with standard (Windows) client platform administration, configuration, rights management and file access permissions needed to remediate issues.Must be proficient with troubleshooting Windows Desktop and Server OS.Experience managing a desktop OS image for large corporate environments coupled with experience with desktop deployment automation architecture, design/migration and troubleshooting is highly preferred.Extensive working knowledge of the Windows registry, interaction of drivers within the OS, and unattended/silent installs of Windows operating systems is highly preferred.Must be a self-starter with strong attention to detail.Certification Required:

IAT Level II cert requiredCompTIA Security+ CEExperience:

HS or GED + 19 Years experienceBachelors + 14 Years experienceClearance Required:

TS/SCI FS polyPosition requires a TS/SCI.
