We have continued to grow and expand in a wide range of fields over the past 50 years, covering everything from industrial industries, solar projects, high rise offices, multi-use condominiums, and commercial manufacturing projects.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a full-time Associate Architect with a minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial architecture. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Revit and CAD software. The Associate Architect will work closely with our project management team, contributing to the design and development of various commercial projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the project management team to develop architectural designs and plans.
Produce detailed drawings and construction documents using Revit and CAD software.
Ensure that designs comply with relevant codes and regulations.
Participate in site visits to assess project progress and ensure alignment with design specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for clients and internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial architecture.
Proficiency in Revit and CAD software.
Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction processes.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
