Responsibilities
Work with the BA's and Business to understand the requirements.Create the source to target mapping that documents the business name, definitions, business and data quality rules, RDM, source and target, and transformation logic.Ability to create and update models, generate data dictionaries, DDL using best practices in ER studio.Proficient in SQL to query data to research data in the data platform.Very good understanding of Insurance domains (Clinical Data; Claims, Enrollment, provider, etc.).Has experience and understanding of best practices, guidelines, and standards for Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Integrations.Development of best practices, guidelines, and standards for Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Integration.Knowledge
Experience with Healthcare data formats such as X12, HL7, NCPDP, etc.Experience with Industry Data Models such as ADRM, IBM IIW/HPDM, or Teradata Healthcare Data Model.Experience with Metadata management processes and tools (Glossary, Lineage, Mapping, etc.).Knowledge of, and experience with, database management system (DBMS) physical implementation, including tables, joins, and views, specifically Oracle and Redshift.Knowledge of NoSQL data stores such as MongoDB, Neo4J, Cassandra, Redis, etc.Experience with Data Warehouse and Data Marts.
