A successful candidate should possess a commanding presence in conveying data to senior executives, demonstrating not only confidence and clarity but also the ability to tailor complex information to suit diverse audiences and drive impactful decision-making. The candidate needs a strong analytical background with the ability to analyze and consolidate financial results that will aid in providing future recommendations for financial improvement.

Responsibilities:

Perform financial forecasting, variance analysis of actual versus forecast, and reconciliation of internal accounts to assess strategic decision alternatives.

Prepare financial-related analysis and research in areas such as financial and cost-saving performance measures.

Participate in the annual budget process and cost-saving activities in the corporation with each department head.

Track current financial and operational data to alert stakeholders in case of deviation.

Create written reports that enable management teams to make strategic decisions to meet business goals.

Communicate with different departments to expound on the reasoning and meaning behind metrics and relay their consequences/results.

Provide important business information and support ad-hoc reports as directed by management.

Support the creation of materials for various management reviews and meetings.

Managing and supervising budgets and budget variances for all departments.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in finance or accounting.

3-5 years of business finance or accounting experience.

Ability to use computer software, including Microsoft Office Suites or similar software, and accounting software. Particularly, advanced formulations with Excel.

SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and NetSuites is required.

Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is a Plus.

Thorough understanding of methods of systems analysis and principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data analysis.

Clearly articulate ideas and concepts both verbally and in writing.

Navigate and resolve conflicts through effective communication.

Work seamlessly within a team, ensuring effective communication among team members.
