We are looking for a technically strong Project Architect/Job Captain, working out of either our Sacramento or Bay Area office, with a focus on successfully managing and delivering high-visibility, high-design Multi-Family Housing projects. We will consider candidates with experience in other project types as well, particularly Office and Higher Education.
We are looking for a Project Architect/Job Captain (depending on architectural license) who has a solid work history of putting projects together by developing construction drawings and adept at carrying the building design intent throughout. Fluency in Revit is required as this position is on the boards in addition to providing project oversight. Candidates must be detail-oriented with strong technical skills, knowledgeable of construction costs and codes, and have a solid knowledge of engineering and environmental disciplines to support the coordination and evaluation of the work done by external consultants. Experience with contractor coordination and construction administration for various construction processes and delivery systems is desired.
We are working a hybrid schedule with three days in the office and offer flexible work hours on a regular basis. The salary range for this position is $86,000 – $123,000. If you are hired, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
