We are currently looking for an Accounting Clerk to join the Glendale-based Team to provide accounting support to major financial accounting areas including: accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting. This is an onsite position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Receive, review and, investigate accounts payable invoices

Code and input payables into accounts payable system

Processing of AP, AR, and GL transactions

Prepare appropriate schedules and reports as requested

Generate 1099's and W-2's for clients and employees

Maintain communication with requesters, suppliers, and vendors

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent

2-5 years of experience doing accounts payable preferred

Analytical and critical problem-solving skills

Attention to detail

Effective oral and written communication skills

Ability to organize work and manage multiple tasks concurrently within demanding deadlines

Consistency, accuracy, and efficiency with data entry tasks

Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, with strong Excel knowledge

Demonstrated high level of literacy and arithmetic skills

COMPENSATION:

$19.00-$21.50
