Permanent Position PotentialThe primary purpose of the LNHA is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care is provided to our residents at all times.Responsibilities

Must have, as a minimum, 5 years recent experience as an Administrator of a long-term care facility. Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator’s license.Must demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.Must have a thorough knowledge of OBRA regulations, the survey process, survey tag numbers, and quality measures.Must be knowledgeable of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to nursing facility administration.Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc. that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation.Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.Must be thoroughly familiar with laws, regulations, and guidelines governing personnel administration.
