As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in either our Denver (CO), Englewood (CO), or Rochester Hills (MI) office, you will be responsible for supporting and administering the day-to-day activities related to compensation programs as well as contributing to large-scale compensation projects.You will evaluate and analyze salary data, determine pay grades and job levels, and complete compensation surveys.The role will conduct job evaluations and give recommendations to HR Business Partners and business line managers.You will also support compensation tools, processes and systems that enable implementation of compensation strategies including annual merit and bonus processes.Key responsibilities:

Reviews jobs for internal leveling and serves as a resource to HR Managers in the areas of salary offers and promotions, reviewing pay actions which fall outside of standard compensation practices and offering compensation alternatives to maintain internal consistency, competitiveness and governmental compliance. Review US jobs for FLSA compliance.Supports production roles and structures in certain regions.Supports the global annual salary and bonus planning process.Assists in the development of compensation-related communication & training materials and delivers in-person and/or presents to HR Business Partners and local management.Completes salary survey submissions for certain regions. Completes annual review of the market data to ensure salary structures are competitive.Conducts research and analysis of compensation programs and practices.Supports HR projects, as needed.ABOUT YOU

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or Human Resource Management2+ years of compensation experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.Demonstrated advanced skills in Excel applying excellent analytical techniquesExperienced with Word and PowerPointExperience with job evaluation tools; knowledge of Towers Watson and/or Mercer methodologies preferredExperience with HRIS systems; working knowledge of Oracle a plusExperience with Compensation Planning tools; working knowledge of SuccessFactors comp modules a plusDemonstrated maturity in dealing with all levels in a fast-paced environment and the ability to maintain confidentiality of all employee informationKnowledge of FLSA requirementsAbility to develop positive working relationships with both internal and external vendors and customersExcited to work in the office with great teammatesMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorshipPAY & BENEFITS

Full-TimeSalary Range: $65,000 - $80,000Relocation is not providedMedical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hireEligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days.
