Pay:
$80,000/yr - $95,000/yr
The pricing analyst will work with technical and management subject matter experts to prepare estimates and pricing data based on federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and government requests for proposals (RFPs). Daily duties include developing workload estimates, basis of estimates, pricing models, and pricing data. The analyst will conduct pricing trades and analyses to optimize competitive bid pricing and integrate various strategies to develop tailored rate structures for labor-intensive bids. Additionally, the Pricing Analyst will conduct site visits to gather data that will be used to create price estimates and extract Equipment Level detail from Solicitation to generate a Bottoms Up Labor Estimate.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business desired1 to 4 years of experience in facilities maintenance and repair pricing and cost estimating servicesInstead of a degree, 5 to 10 years of experience in facilities maintenance and repair pricing and cost estimating services are accepted.Expertise in costs associated with facility/systems construction, management, sustainment, repair, and renovation practicesExpertise in various cost estimating techniques and source material (RSMeans a +)Proficiency in ExcelEstimating experience in facilities operations and maintenance or mechanical/electrical service industry preferredKnowledge of facility maintenance, repair, and construction principles, practices, and techniques is a plus.
