Accounting Support Clerk
to our firm. This position is
Part-Time.
Reporting to our Portland, OR office. Hybrid schedule.The minimum
required qualifications
for this position are shown below:Entry Level, minimum 1 year of comparable work experience or 2 years of accounting classes at university levelFamiliarity with accounting programs and softwareFamiliarity with accounting principles and practicesFamiliarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and TeamsDetail-orientedGeneral Responsibilities are:Work under the direction of the accounting managerData entry tasks as assignedSupport accounts payables with vendor maintenanceAssist with vendor check runsAssist with expense report processing and receipt collection as assignedAssist in client invoicing with preparing backup and reports for invoice packagesAssist with the collection of, preparation and filing of annual 1099s for vendors and subcontractorsProvide assistance with annual workers compensation audit and other audits as assignedProvide document preparation and records managementParticipate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reporting as directed by Accounting ManagerOther general accounting tasks and projects as assignedThe salary for this position is competitive and based on experience, location, and education.
