This role is perfect for someone who not only demonstrates technical expertise but also excels in analytical thinking and problem-solving across diverse development areas.Essential Functions:Software Development:

Build software within a SCRUM environment using

ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.Adherence to Best Practices:

Implement best practices in software development, including code reviews, unit tests, and continuous integration and deployment

(CI/CD).Quality Assurance:

Perform mutual code reviews to ensure the highest quality of code.Team Collaboration:

Work closely with team members, scrum masters, and product owners to achieve project objectives.Versatility:

Handle a variety of tasks and challenges with flexibility and a problem-solving mindset.Minimum Requirements:Technical Expertise:

Solid knowledge of

C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET, and SQL.Industry Experience:

At least

7 years

of experience in the software development industry.SQL Server Proficiency:

3+ years

using Microsoft SQL Server and writing advanced queries.Full-Stack Development:

A well-rounded, full-stack approach to development.Microservices Architecture:

Experience in developing robust, scalable micro-service backends.Leadership Skills:

Willingness to mentor junior engineers.Innovation Focus:

A desire to build zero-downtime deployments through innovative coding.Product Delivery:

Experience in delivering a product to market.Code Quality:

Ability to write clean code and a passion for unit testing.Dynamic Work Ethic:

Drive to excel in a dynamic work environment and take ownership of work.Teamwork:
