Why not join us on a casual or part-time basis!On a day-to-day basis you will be an integral part of the close-knit team of IPAR, working with and supporting people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace. You will be integrated as a valued team member whilst also working with a high level of autonomy and flexibility. You will be assessing needs and then providing effective solutions and strategies to ensure that IPAR clients receive a safe return to work within their same employer or with a new employer as part of their rehabilitation and recovery.What you'll bring to the roleQualifications & Registration in either Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation CounsellingA willingness to travel (Current Vehicle and Drivers Licence compulsory)A confident approach towards engaging with multiple stakeholders such as insurers, medical practitioners, employers, colleagues and employeesAn inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with the many diverse cultural groups that make up the society in which we live and workProven written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work from home if requiredDetermination to consistently provide a high level of customer serviceA keen sense of punctuality and the effective ability to manage your timeYour Career at IPARIPAR is a lively and supportive place to work.
