The Opportunity:

Mattel is currently seeking a

Anaplan Manager or Solution Architect or Senior Anaplan Developer

for Global Supply Chain (GSC) Planning Systems. This position drives system and process alignment for Anaplan planning at Mattel by advancing systems and processes and driving improvements. The role will report to the Supply Chain VP and/or Planning Director in GTO with a dotted line to the VP, Business or similar leader on the business side.

What Your Impact Will Be:

Anaplan Solution Development leader

Anaplan modeling/development in supply chain planning

Drive Planning System & Process Alignment

Ensure proper processes and document requirements are being followed

Engage in rigorous root cause analysis, problem solving, and solution implementations.

Support Planning by maintaining and updating systems and data used. Systems include but are not limited to AS400, Blue Yonder, Anaplan.

Identify, vet, review with leadership, and implement process improvements.

Support Global IT as Planning Data Analytics and Platforms point of contact

Work with GTO and business teams to provide timely and accurate data by improving process and technology.

New Capability Deployment

Primary conduit to supply chain planning business leadership and personnel in technology modernization initiatives across all phases of the project lifecycle (analysis, design, build, test, deploy).

Responsible for working with the business team to gather detailed requirements and processes.

Apply leading practices to requirements and processes and facilitate the development of to-be processes to be deployed on the modernized platform which effectively support Mattel’s supply chain operations characteristics.

Advance the use of analytics to make data-informed decisions to further optimize our supply chain.

Qualifications:

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

10+ years related experience in Supply Chain technology/Planning/CPG/Fast Fashion/Toy industry.

Training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

5+ years of skilled Anaplan development for Planning and Planning process for Retail/CPG/Similar.

Skilled in data and analytics with superior skills in enabling business and IT teams to leverage data in a timely and accurate manner.

Expert understanding of various modern technology platforms that support supply chain distribution and fulfillment, ideally in the B2B and D2C CPG, fashion, retail industries.

Expert development program management skills including the ability to effectively integrate and manage competing resources.

Expert relationship management/networking skills.

Expert verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated expertise with negotiating conflicts.

Expert leadership skills; prior management experience within supply chain technology.

The annual base salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $175,000.This range is indicative of projected hiring range; however, annual base salary will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills, and experience.
