40 hours over 5 days with 1:5 weekends. Shifts are 8 1/2 hours with 1/2 an hour unpaid lunch, between 8:00 and 7:30, with a day a week admin, shift patterns flexible dependent on the business needs.About the RoleHere at Cinque Ports, we have an excellent opportunity to welcome a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join and lead our friendly and supportive team!Your Roles and ResponsibilitiesEnsure that the nursing team across the business is managed effectively to support the growth of the practice.Work closely with the Clinical Director and Lead Nurses to identify areas of development needs within the nursing team.Ensure practice policies and group policies are adhered to.Participate in SLT meetings to help implement changes from both business and clinical perspectives.Involved with Health and Safety procedures, team development, rota management, recruitment, and line management.The role will be split 80% clinical, 20% non-clinical.We pride ourselves on full nurse utilization, providing our nurses with great job satisfaction. Our nursing team includes individuals with interests in various areas such as senior clinics, weight clinics, and anaesthesia.
