Mythics is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Principal Functional Lead Consultant to join our rapidly growing Cloud HCM practice. This role is focused on implementing Oracle Cloud applications and working closely with our customers. Must have extensive experience with Core HR.Responsibilities include:Design solutions, document requirements, and design specificationsBuild application processCommunicate proactively and independently with the client with documentation to guide discussionsAssist in the management of a portfolio of clients while reporting to Senior Managers and aboveContribute to the development of your own and team's business acumenDevelop strategies to solve complex business challengesAssist in the management and delivery of large projectsTrain, coach, and supervise staffPrepare and deliver status reportsUpdate project plan with completed tasksContribute to business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clientsConfigure application components and develop reportsSupport the project manager through effective communication of tasks and issuesInterface with clients to clarify requirements and provide training and supportOn select engagements, act as project managerRepresent CHRO Solutions with confidence and poiseQualifications
Must be a US Citizen or green card holderBachelor's and/or equivalent experience12+ years of professional work experience5+ years of experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR5+ years of experience with HCM processes such as Hiring, benefits, payroll, time & labor, performance management, recruiting, and compensation planningExperience managing a team through at least two full-cycle implementation engagementsExperience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Experience Implementing Oracle Cloud applications for public sector clientsDemonstrable experience learning more than one technologyPublic sector experience requiredAbility to articulate HCM conceptsAbility and willingness to travelAbility to engage clients in thoughtful dialog to elicit requirementsAbility to break down abstract concepts into componentsAbility to effectively communicate with and present to executive-level clientsAbility to articulate key project management conceptsAbility to lead the work of othersAccountability and personal driveExcellent written skillsAbility to understand contracts and adhere to statements of workAbility to work on multiple concurrent projectsCompany Overview
