The Davidson School of Chemical Engineering is seeking undergraduate students (outside of the College of Engineering) to support and offer assistance for the Professional Master's Program.
Job DutiesOverall, duties will be focused on preparation of materials, reports, and spreadsheets for the 6 cr. hour Prof. MS Capstone course. The duties associated with preparing information for the capstone course will include, but are not limited to:Format each industrial project using the template providedCreate the full portfolio of project descriptions for the students to review (pdf)Update and maintain spreadsheets (excel)Data entry – as requestedRun reportsOther duties as assigned, e.g., data entry, run reports.Hourly wage = $11.00/hourCore Competencies
Attentiveness to detail and ability to proofread and edit written documentsUnderstand and ability to use:Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Some database understanding and experienceUnderstanding importance of maintaining confidentiality of student data
Will be required to complete the University based FERPA training
Adobe – create and manage pdf documentsEmployee Class
