This person will be responsible for successfully managing key technology-related initiatives that support the company's clean energy transformation. Referred to internally as the "Digital Workplace Transformation," the program aims to drastically improve the tools and ways in which employees work, from large-scale application and OS deployments, delivery of virtual collaboration tools and cloud solutions, and execution of our multi-year AV Conference room strategy.Job Responsibilities

Manages the overall coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met within agreed-upon time, scope and resource requirements.Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements and performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments.Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, vendor/procurement management, risk management, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.Coordinates elements of communication and change/process management related to project outcomes across the organization as appropriate.Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.Demonstrates commitment to conduct business honestly, ethically and consistent with our core values and Code of Conduct. Ensures duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations.Minimum Qualifications

Two (2) year degree or certification in a technology-related field or equivalent combination of education, work experience or relevant military experience, and at least four (4) years of experience in related field.Strong familiarity with project management software, including MS Project.Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.Strong team leadership and facilitation skills required.Solid understanding of project management tools and methodologies, and ability to develop and manage project plans and budgets.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent presentation skills.At PSE we value and respect our employees and provide them opportunities to excel. The pay range for this position is $96,200.00 - $169,300.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals-based incentive bonuses.PSE offers a suite of benefits to our employees.
