As a Case Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the office and effective case management. You will provide a broad spectrum of legal services under the supervision of an attorney. Communicate with clients regarding their medical treatment and case statusOpen claims with insurance companiesObtain liens from medicare, medical, and health insurance companiesCoordinate property damage inspections with insurance companiesSet up and manage medical treatment with medical providers on a lien basisObtain medical records and billings from providersPrepare demands to insurance companiesManage medical treatment and maximize treatment for policy limits settlementNegotiate medical liensRequirements:

Proven working experience as a Legal Assistant, Case Manager, or Legal SecretarySatisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal officeProficiency in English/SpanishWorking knowledge of case management softwareExcellent secretarial and organizational skillsAbility to juggle multiple activities and work under pressureAbility to analyze and comprehend medical recordsAbility to provide clear communication with clients and manage expectations
