Our client, a rapidly expanding health technology company, is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Software Lead to spearhead the development of innovative healthcare solutions. This role requires a versatile leader who can manage the technical aspects of development, mentor a team of engineers, and contribute directly to the software codebase. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities, with the ambition to eventually grow into the Chief Technology Officer role.As the Software Lead, you will oversee the development and scaling of core products, including Connect, Care, and our flagship device MouthLab. These products provide real-time patient monitoring and comprehensive chronic disease management solutions for healthcare providers and nursing facilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, data scientists, and product managers, to drive the development of scalable and high-quality software products.Responsibilities
