SAP FI Specialist

Responsibilities:
Analyzing business requirements, and ensuring the effective utilization of SAP functionalities.Assisting in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet end-users needs.Work closely with end-users to gather and analyze business requirements.Translate business needs into SAP system configurations and functionalities.Provide recommendations for process improvements based on SAP capabilities.Conduct unit testing and support integration testing of SAP modules.Assist in the development of training materials and user documentation.Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization of SAP functionalities.Document configuration changes, custom developments, and best practices.Provide ongoing support for SAP FI and FM modules.Collaborate with the support team to resolve incidents and service requests promptly.Communicate with the support team to develop solutions aligned with best practices.Participate in meetings and provide updates on project progress.Check and optimize user’s roles, access risk assessment, and authorization.Conduct performance audits and system reviews.Support ERP implementation and post-implementation activities.Stay current with SAP updates and industry trends.Minimum Requirements:
Higher technical or financial education (in economics, computer science, information systems, etc).1-5 years of work experience in SAP system.Good knowledge of SAP FI, CO, and FM modules.Knowledge of Azeri and English (technical level is mandatory); Russian is an advantage.ACCA FA (F3) is mandatory, FR (F7) is an advantage.CFA level 1 and CFI FMVA are advantages.Proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.Skills and Abilities:
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with Contractors, Suppliers, Outside agencies, Co-workers, Business partners, Project teams, and Stakeholders.Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Ability to complete tasks independently.Ability to work in a team.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
