Stellar Solutions is seeking individuals with senior advisory experience, capable of assisting in management of key client projects, with the goal of delivering within cost, schedule and performance constraints. This position directly supports Government Project Managers within an Intelligence Community Acquisition System Program Office responsible for the design, procurement, and fielding of satellite systems and ground system processing capabilities.Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications
The successful candidate will have domain knowledge and experience with:SIGINT Mission AnalysisSpacecraft Technical ExpertiseSpace and Ground Systems EngineeringTools Development & Information TechnologyProgram Control (Budget / Cost / Schedule / Earned Value)Acquisition / Project Management ExpertiseOutreach & CommunicationsDirector's Action Group & Policy SupportModel-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)In this role, you may be involved with:Strategic planning and analysis of alternative studies of future mission architecturesCONOPS derivation and requirements development, allocation and tracingAssisting in definition of project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityDevelopment of detailed project plans to monitor and track progressPerforming risk management analysis to minimize/mitigate project risksMonitoring and managing changes to the project cost, scope, and schedule using appropriate verification techniquesMeasuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesQualifications:Bachelors of Science degree in engineering, mathematics, computer science, aeronautics, aerospace, or information systems10+ years of direct work experience in a project management capacity, to include multiple phases of project development and executionExperience with acquisition/procurement of government projectsProven track record of excellence in the service provided to clients and customersExperience supporting government customers in secure environmentsDemonstrated ability to decompose complex problems into actionable elementsApplied knowledge and experience in software development principles and iterative development techniquesMust currently hold and maintain an Intelligence Community TS/SCI Security ClearanceDesired Qualifications:Technical DegreeExperience with Cloud computing or software application frameworksCertification in Agile acquisition methodologiesKnowledge of Indications and Warnings
