Our newest nurseries, Dingley’s Promise Droitwich (WR9 9EQ) & Dingley's Promise Worcester (WR51PP) are due to open their doors late 2024 to provide a place where children in the Early Years (aged 0-5) with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), come to develop skills through play. We also support families directly with information and training and provide advice to mainstream settings to help them include children with SEND.

About Dingley’s Promise

Since 1983, Dingley’s Promise has transformed the lives of children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). We currently operate 5 specialist Early Years Nurseries across the UK. Our specialist Nurseries offer families sessions from 9.15am to 2.45pm, term time only. Your daily working hours are 8.30am to 4.30pm term time.

Deputy Nursery Manager Responsibilities

Working with the Centre Manager to motivate and coach the team to offer children who attend your centre the very best start in life.

To lead the playroom ensuring that opportunities are available for all children and meet their individual needs.

Support and enable continuous development in yourself and your team to provide the best learning opportunities for our children.

Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, the local community, and local authority.

Minimum Qualifications

To be our new Deputy Centre Manager, candidates must hold a full and relevant DfE recognised Level 3 Qualification in Childcare as a minimum. Higher level of qualification and SEND experience are desirable but not essential.
