Description
We are looking for a dynamic multi-channel marketing apprentice to help grow our successful insurance brokerage. For the right candidate, there will be the opportunity to develop the role of in-house marketing manager. Working for our two brands, Sutcliffe & Co and Mann Broadbent, your objective is to help make us the broker of choice for the UK.
You will manage the following for both brands:
Social media channels together with managing the corresponding websitesPress releases, public relations, adverts & sponsorshipInternal & external events including webinars, conferences, expos and presentationsCollateral including leaflets, banners, clothing, corporate giftsProvide regular communications & marketing to existing clientsTargeted marketing campaignsMarketing materials including blogs, videos, articlesAttending events, conferences, seminars, networking meetingsEntry requirements
Minimum of 5 X GCSEs grades 9-4 (A-C) including English and Mathematics
Training to be provided
Multi Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:The successful candidate will undertake a fifteen-month, nationally recognised qualification through TDM. This is a work-based learning programme which will require commitment to block weeks in an online training room once every quarter working towards the qualification along with weekly off the job training and monthly coaching sessions.
You will be required to demonstrate through the standard that you meet all competencies and behaviours, which will lead to the achievement of the qualification. You will have a designated mentor in the workplace to support your learning and at the end of the programme will be assessed via an external assessment body.
This is a Level 3 qualification.
