About the TeamVIZIO Data Lake is looking for a proactive and forward-thinking Senior
Technical Program Manager
to deliver valuable features on time and within scope. In this hands-on role, you will help four high-performing software engineering teams deliver cutting-edge products in the advertising technology space.What You Will Do
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Act as the Scrum Master for multiple teams, managing Scrum processing using Atlassian software. This includes administrative duties in JIRA and Confluence as well as other software development tools.Create user stories and tasks based on product requirements. Collaborate with QA on acceptance criteria and verify test cases are understood, communicated and executed.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.Provide technical direction and oversight for data lake architecture, design, and development.Triage product issues reported by engineers, testers and users to schedule bug fixes based on priority.Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and analysts to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical standards.Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to enhance data lake capabilities.Other duties as assigned.About You
You have experience working in Scrum and Agile software development within a team.You have experience in delivering internal and consumer-facing products and services.You have previous experience as a Scrum Master for a software team of 5+ developers.You have a desire to innovate and dive deep into technical solutions.A background in managing software development lifecycle to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.You have exceptional organizational skills including prioritization, scheduling, documentation, time management and meeting deadlines.You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders including facilitation, listening, initiative and motivating stakeholders.You have a deep understanding of software engineering concepts and ability to manage tradeoffs and increase predictability and reliability of software delivery.You have a BA or BS Degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.You have a minimum of 3 years of Project or Program Management.You have experience working with hardware engineering teams.About VIZIO

The target salary range is $96,000 - $126,000. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
