You will integrate the departments' services with the hospital's clinical and ancillary teams, implement policies and procedures that guide or support service levels, assess and improve department performance, and ensure the orientation and continuing education of departmental staff.What you will do in this role:You will oversee facility operations of Patient Access functions to ensure daily operations are maintained according to standard.You will coordinate with facility departments/administration teams to manage key revenue cycle performance expectations and challenges.You will review Patient Access performance to ensure timeliness, accuracy, compliance, and standards fulfillment.You will oversee management of Patient Access personnel including providing recommendations for hiring and promotion.You will actively seek ways to control costs and improve processes without compromising patient safety and quality of care.What qualifications you will need:A Bachelor's degree preferred.A minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience with three of those years in a patient access or revenue cycle leadership role.Be a part of an organization that invests in you!
